Things I have learned this week.
~ The one minute rule:
If it takes just a minute to do something just do it. For example: Picking up your clothes from the floor, Washing those 2 cups in the sink. Lesson learn from the first episode of “ Happier with Gretchen Rubin” podcast.
~ Grapeseed Oils: I have been using this oil all over my body and the result have been amazing! My skin feels like butter, looks brighter and even. I have started using Grape seed oil on my face at night.
~Memories:
I’m learning to be grateful in all situation.
~ Ginger Snaps:
When it comes to Ginger snaps I have no Self-Control. I finished the whole big bag in a week. I have been paying at the GYM ever since.
